The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the novice is still one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters met for the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how improbable this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
